Christmas is an annual festival commemorating the birth of Jesus Christ, observed primarily on December 25 as a religious and cultural celebration among billions of people around the world.

It is a season of sharing, giving and disseminating love and care amongst friends and family
The Oxford secondary meaning of family is
 all the descendants of a common ancestor

The True Meaning of Family. ... Familyconsists of the people who support and love you, and the people you can confide in and trust.

Take it or leave it you still have a family member you may not know. So this December in the spirit and celebration of Christmas, some group of well meaning youths have decided to  put up Smiles to 5000 people across Nigeria.

According to one the ambasadors for this wonderful initiative majorly known as TecHod he futher more give us insight and the aim behind this initiative

5,000 smiles for Christmas is a charity outreach and Community Development initiatives that is scheduled for December 14th (Lagos,Abuja and delta) Our aim is to put smiles on the faces of 5,000 individual and  families that dont have anything for Christmas.
Charity is the voluntary giving of help, typically in the form of money, food,clothes and other human necessities  to those in need.
"the care of the needy must not be left to private charity"

The  Aluu four 4  was a necklace  lynching  that involved four young men, Ugonna Obuzor, Toku Lloyd, Chiadika Biringa, and Tekena Elkanah, all students of the  University of Port Harcourt . They were all lynched after they were falsely accused of theft in Aluu, a community in Port Harcourt,  Rivers State ,  Nigeria  on 5 October 2012. [1] [2] [3] Chiadika Biringa, Lloyd Toku Mike, Tekena Elkanah and Ugonna Obuzor were all friends, first sons of their parents, and students of  University of Port Harcourt .
